Koperwiek shopping centre will be thoroughly renovated and expanded in the coming years. From Wereldhave one is looking for the character of the Capelle location so that this could be included in the new design.

A new, yet confidential, DNA concept has been developed that matches specifically Capelle and the Koperwiek shopping centre. A concept that has been translated into 25 unique design ideas for area layout, interior design, services and portfolio. Everything to make the visitors and entrepreneurs of Capelle proud of their ‘Koperwiek’.
