Challenge:
It is the ambition of Wereldhave Holding to obtain more consistency within the customer journey regarding the development of recurring concepts in the shopping centre such as toilets and children's play areas. This is for the benefit of cost efficiency and the realization of a coherent translation of the overall vision of Wereldhave.

Four strategic concept directions for all components in the customer journey have been developed and translated into 15 concrete design ideas per sub-area, including a matching storytelling. The best fitting concept direction has been selected and is being worked out.
